Baking workshop as part of the ‘Mount vum Bongert’

The École du Goût organised a pastry-making workshop focused on apples and pears from Luxembourg's orchards. Seniors from the Petite Suisse residence in Beaufort, eager to take part, enthusiastically helped prepare the recipes. The menu included apple tart, apple crumble, chocolate-pear muffins, and apple fritters—a traditional Luxembourgish recipe—all made with local produce.

After baking, the participants enjoyed tasting the freshly prepared dishes as well as different apple and pears varieties. Special thanks go to Päiperléck, the new partner of the Mëllerdall Nature Park and Geopark, for their successful collaboration.
