The Ecole du Goût organised a tasting workshop dedicated to the oils produced in the Grand Duchy. The workshop was organised by the non-profit organisation Territoire Naturel Transfrontalier de la Chiers et de l'Alzette and the town of Differdange as part of the European project Fusilli - urban food planning.
During the first part of the workshop, various oils were presented and tasted, including linseed oil, hemp oil, walnut oil, rapeseed oil and pumpkinnut oil. Valuable information about their nutrients and nutritional benefits was also shared. They then cooked and enjoyed a variety of seasonal dishes made with local products, highlighting the aromas and characteristics of each oil.
