After spending a lot of time and effort our garden, we are delighted to share that the plants have flourished and our garden is packed with fruit and vegetables. We have already harvested a variety of treasures: crisp lettuces, tangy radishes, colourful chard, tasty leeks, tender courgettes, bright red beetroot, crunchy celery and refreshing kohlrabi kale. As for fruit, the season for juicy strawberries, slightly tart red currants and sweet black currants is already over, while pears and apples are waiting for the autumn to reveal their flavours.
Many of these fresh vegetables and fruits have already found their way into our cookery workshops, been frozen for the coming months or have been carefully preserved. The garden, meanwhile, is still bursting with aromatic herbs, ready to awaken your senses.
