Cooking course around the fire: grilling with sauces, seasoned with the flavour of local brandies

This summer, we invite you to a special culinary experience in the company of a local master distiller (Clos du Fourchenhaff). Together we will explore how his creations can enhance our barbecue sauces.

The menu includes innovative barbecue dishes and sauce recipes like you've never tasted before - all prepared with seasonal and regional ingredients, of course.

This course is open to all levels and offers something special for every barbecue enthusiast.
