"Cuisine" module as part of Diplom+

Once again this year, the École du Goût is offering the Cooking module as part of the Diplom+ education programme for the Service de la Formation professionelle SFP of the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth.

Over a total of seven days, interested young people receive a practical introduction to the world of food: from basic culinary techniques to the principles of healthy, seasonal and regional food, including critical thinking about food. The aim is not only to learn how to cook, but also to get to know themselves better as eaters and to develop a more conscious approach to food.

The highlight of the module is the patisserie workshop, where sweet and savoury recipes are explored and perfected in a fun and enthusiastic atmosphere.
