On 9 August, the Ecole du Goût hosted a special barbecue course in collaboration with Margo&Pit from Distillerie Clos du Fourchenhaff in Eschweiler.
In addition to the delicious recipes with local and seasonal products, the special feature of this course was that several preparations were made with fine spirits. Soups, sauces and marinades were refined with suitable distillates. A schnapps or liqueur can thus also be used in many ways in the kitchen.
