On 3 dates, chefs from the participating Maison Relais were offered further training on the subject of ‘Cooking especially for children’ as part of the ‘Natur genéissen’ project. Specifically geared towards the needs of children, they cooked together under the guidance of the École du Goût and nutritionist Liz Mersch. Proximity to practice and everyday challenges is extremely important to us, but we also emphasise health and sustainability. A particular highlight was the visit from Tandel's Maison Relais on the last day, where the children tasted and evaluated the chefs' dishes.
