Would you like to learn more about how butter is made?
Then come visit the farm’s cowshed with us to discover how milk is produced—from the cows’ feed to the milking process.
Afterwards, we will make butter the traditional way. You can season it with fresh herbs to your taste and enjoy it afterwards. You will also discover other surprises around the farm and the world of flavors.
The activity is organized by the educational farm “Um Hanshaff” in collaboration with the „ Ecole du Goût“ of the nature parks.
