In this workshop, the children immersed themselves in the delicious world of the film Ratatouille. Guided by the spirit of Rémy, the little rat with a passion for gastronomy, they discovered the fascinating world of flavours and the memories they awaken.
After a fun introduction to the basics of flavours, the young chefs took part in a series of exciting taste tests to awaken their taste buds to new sensations. They then created their own „bouquet garni“, combining different aromatic herbs just like a real chef.
To round off this gourmet experience, everyone was treated to a soup inspired by the Film, with a variety of garnishes to add a touch of refinement that suits their taste. A real feast for the palate!
