Would you like to learn more about how fresh cheese is made?
Join us for a visit to the farm’s cowshed and discover the entire journey of milk — from the cows’ feed all the way to milking.
After the visit, we will make traditional fresh cheese together. You can season it with fresh herbs to your liking… and of course enjoy tasting it afterwards! You will also discover other surprises around the farm, all centered on flavour and exploration.
This activity is organized by the educational farm “Am Heckewee” in collaboration with the École du Goût of the Nature Parks.
