Would you like to know more about butter production?
Then join us on a tour of the farm's cowshed to learn about milk transport, feeding and milking.
Afterwards, we'll make butter in the traditional way, which you can garnish with fresh herbs to taste and enjoy afterwards. You'll discover other surprises all about the farm and taste.
The activity is organised by the ‘Um Hanshaff’ educational farm in collaboration with the Nature Parks School of Taste.
Please note : Dress in old, weather-appropriate clothes and good shoes.
